We primarily serve the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), including Toronto, Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, and Burlington. We also provide service to Niagara Falls and other destinations within a 200km radius of Toronto.

For airport transfers and standard bookings, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. For special events like weddings or corporate events, we suggest booking 2-4 weeks in advance to ensure availability. Last-minute bookings may be accommodated based on availability.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and cash. Corporate clients may also set up direct billing with approved credit terms.

Gratuity is not included in our standard rates. While tipping is at your discretion, the industry standard is 15-20% for exceptional service. You can add gratuity at the time of booking or provide it directly to your chauffeur.

For standard bookings, cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking value. For special events and large group bookings, please refer to your specific booking agreement.

Yes, we can provide child safety seats upon request. Please specify the type of seat needed (infant, toddler, or booster) when making your reservation. There is a small additional fee for this service.

You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details. On the day of service, you will receive a text message when your chauffeur is on the way and another when they arrive. You can also contact our 24/7 dispatch center for real-time updates.

For airport pickups, we monitor your flight status in real-time and adjust your pickup time accordingly at no additional charge. Our chauffeurs will wait for you even if your flight is delayed.
