2. Booking and Cancellation Policy

All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount. No-shows will be charged the full amount.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards. For corporate accounts, invoicing terms may be arranged separately.

4. Service Standards

We strive to provide the highest quality of service. Our chauffeurs are professional, punctual, and courteous. All vehicles are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and mechanical reliability.

5. Liability

Limo On The Way is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make every reasonable effort to arrive at the pickup location on time and to reach the destination as scheduled.

6. Conduct

Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Any damage to the vehicle caused by the client will result in additional charges. Illegal activities, including the consumption of illegal substances, are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.

7. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
